Welcome to the March edition of our monthly stats update for all local partner sites. We’ve seen the third best month this year in March with the platform up 21% on last year.
This update covers the statistics for the 1 – 31 March 2014.
Monthly unique visitors
This month has seen the network have its third best month this financial year. The platform has seen 115,000+ unique visitors across the entire local partners network which is up by over 21% on March 2013.
Local partner site rankings
Now on to the mover and shakers with the top 10 most visited brand partner sites. The big news is that Age UK Exeter has moved up the rankings by 14 places into the top 10 at 3rd – Congratulations to Age UK Exeter.
Looking deeper into the stats
The reason for this giant leap up the table for Age UK Exeter is due to the success of the Age UK Exeter 10k run where the results page is currently the most viewed page on their website after the homepage.
These visitor numbers were achieved through using online/offline promotion to drive traffic to the event landing page where users were then able to see their results and images from the day. Through this cross platform promotion it has also helped to increase visitors to other sections of the site such as the Men in Sheds services page which has nearly doubled its visitors in comparison to February 2014.
We will be working with Age UK Exeter to put together a case study on the event to outline good practices and tips to help other partners with the promotion of their events.
