Welcome to the January edition of our monthly stats update for all local partner sites. After a dip in December we’ve seen the highest ever amount of unique visitors along with some big movers up in to the top 10.
This update covers the statistics for the 1 – 31 January 2014.
Monthly unique visitors
This month has seen the network’s traffic hit an all time high at 122,000+ unique visitors across the entire local partners network. This is recording breaking month which has also seen the network unique visitors up by over 16% on January 2013.
Local partner site rankings
Now on to the mover and shakers with the top 10 most visited brand partner sites. The big news is that Age UK Surrey has moved up the rankings 13 places and Age UK Exeter have has moved up the rankings 45 places into the top 10 at 4th and 8th place respectively. Congratulations to Age UK Surrey and Age UK Exeter.
Looking deeper into the stats
The reason for this giant leap up the table for Age UK Exeter is due to the marketing campaign of the Age UK Exeter 10k run which is currently the second most viewed page on their website after the homepage.
These visitor numbers were achieved through online and offline marketing driving traffic to the event landing page where users were then able to sign up for the event. Through this cross platform promotion it has also helped to increase visitors to other sections of the site such as the job vacancies page which has nearly doubled its visitors in comparison to December 2013.
Following the event in March we will writing a case study on the event to outline good practices and tips to help other partners with the promotion of their events.
