We have now completed the process of adding the Cookie Compliance Panel to Partner websites.

Your new Cookie Compliance Panel will open when a user visits your site and the Cookie Banner which previously appeared, has now been turned off.

To make sure this process has worked properly, please follow the steps outlined below:

Step 1: Check the Cookie Compliance Panel is working

Open your site in incognito mode and make sure you are met with the panel below

Step 2: Update your Privacy Policy to link to the Cookies page

A new Cookies page has been added to your website footer (picture below) for members of the public to access.

A member of staff who manages your website can view this page in the CMS under your privacy policy (picture below). Please do not edit this new dedicated Cookies page.

Step 3: Remove any old references to the Cookies section, from your current Privacy Policy page

Please note: if you want to add any Third Party software or embeds that may utilise Cookie technology, or you aren’t sure, you will need to let us know before you do so by using this form.

If you have a Cookies section in your current Privacy Policy page, you will need to remove the wording from that section of your policy and put a link to your new Cookie Policy page instead. This will allow members of the public to see how we use Cookies on our websites.
